If a visitor hits reload on a page, he will be given a different ad, instead of the one he just had, meaning that you won't be paying for multiple views by the same person. Sponsoring a Page Another advertising option at Free CGI is to sponsor a page. When you Sponsor a page at Free CGI, your banner will be put on the top of the page you sponsored.
